All calls to this site's number are recorded in full, from the start of the call to its end. Remaining on the line once connected means you agree to the recording. End the call if you do not agree.

We use call information to connect your call with a provider and handle the repair request. Call records and recordings also help us check call quality and resolve disputes. Website visit information helps us understand how people use the website, including which pages they view.

Who Receives the Information

The provider that takes your call receives the call information. Information also goes to the services that run the site for us: call tracking, Google, Umami and website hosting. We also provide information to anyone the law requires us to answer.

We may be paid when a call is passed to a provider. Some state laws treat that arrangement as a sale or sharing of personal information. Where such a law applies, you can ask us to opt you out.

How Long Information Stays

Call records and recordings are kept for as long as they are needed. Analytics data follows the retention settings of Google Analytics and Umami.

Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You can block or delete cookies through your browser. Where state law gives you rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, send your request to [email protected].

Requests about access, corrections, deletion or an opt-out can all be sent to that email address. We reply within 45 days. If we refuse your request, you can appeal by replying to that answer.

Children Under 13

The site is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
